I might as well have set $130 on fire cause I don't think I'll be using the pen ever again.FAST, FLUID, AND PERFECT WITH YOUR SURFACE I genuinely think nobody at Microsoft uses these 2 product pairings, it's infuriating to someone actually trying to regularly use it for extended periods but works well enough in short bursts it might not be noticed by whatever team works on these updates. Microsoft support is no use, they just replaced the pen with another - but it's the update not the pen.
Nobody is talking about this because nobody uses this phone and even fewer use the pen with it. Also, if you are using the pen to scroll down something - say a web page for example -when this reconnection happens it has a 30% chance of just instantly flinging you to the top or bottom of what you are reading.
There's a subtle input lag everytime this reconnection happens, so you are left with gaps or straight lines randomly in your writing. The pen pairs itself to the phone every time you bring it into about 5mm of the screen, so as you are writing the pen is constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. So uh, I'm one of the two people who actually own this phone and the pen - This update actually broke the pen.
